Surrounded by the love of his parents, Cameron and John, and his sister, Lauren, Nolan passed away peacefully, leaving a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the entire Longwood High School community.

Nolan’s battle with brain cancer was a testament to his extraordinary strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit. Despite the physical and emotional toll of his illness, he remained a source of light for everyone around him. His infectious smile, sharp wit, and kind heart made him beloved by his peers, teachers, and all who knew him. Honoring Nolan Horn’s Memory
Nolan’s family has expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support they received throughout his illness. Friends, family, and community members are invited to honor his memory at the wake, which will be held at Branch Funeral Home in Miller Place. The services will take place on Tuesday from 6 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday from 2 PM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM, with a funeral service scheduled for Thursday morning at 10:30 AM at St. Mark’s Roman Catholic Church in Shoreham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to brain cancer research organizations, a cause that was close to Nolan’s heart. These contributions will help fund vital research to improve early detection, treatment, and outcomes for young people facing brain cancer.
