Details of the Incident
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), the accident happened at approximately 11:04 p.m. when Dominick’s 2011 Ford Fusion veered left of center while negotiating a curve. The vehicle subsequently went off the right side of the road, struck a guardrail, and descended an embankment.
Emergency responders extricated Dominick from the vehicle and transported him to Southwest General Health Center, where he was pronounced deceased. OSHP noted that Dominick was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
